Replace stick butter with trans fat free tub or spray butter

Replace vegetable shortening with vegetable oils

Replace whole milk with fat free milk

Replace regular cheese with low fat or fat free cheese

Replace mayo, dressings, & sour cream with low-fat mayo, dressings, sour cream

Replace chips/crackers with rice cakes/baked chips

Replace creamy/cheesy sauces with tomato/vegetable based sauces

Replace ground beef with ground turkey, ground chicken
